New Beginnings Manager (LCPC or LCSW) - FT

Summary: Provides and implements therapeutic programs to meet Hospital standards while directing and coordinating the activities of staff to ensure quality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Meet all regulatory standards for program including Medicare.
• Maintain proper documentation and accurate data to ensure compliance.
• Function as part of interdisciplinary treatment team and communicate relevant clinical care information.
• Evaluate activity appropriateness and effectiveness and modifying plans of care as necessary.
• Provide client and family education both during treatment and in preparation for discharge
• Actively engage with community leaders to enhance and educate on resources available for clients.

Minimum Qualifications/Education: LCPC/LCSW from accredited graduate school or program required with CPR certification. Prefer prior psychiatric hospital or medical leadership experience including 2 or more years of clinical experience with senior citizens.

Licensure: MS/MSW (Masters level)/Counseling education

Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday
